Your miles could be close to expiring as explained and stated in the MilleMiglia Program Rules and Regulation, art. 5.19, if you haven’t accrued any miles with Alitalia, Air One or one of the airline or commercial Partners in the Program in the last 24 months.
To check out if you have miles expiring, see your balance or call your local MilleMiglia Customer Service.
To validate your miles all you need to do is any mileage accrual: a flight with Alitalia, Air One or any of partner airlines, or to use services by any of the program commercial partners before foreseen expiry.
