Alitalia – New nonstop Milan Malpensa – Miami service

Starting from June 3rd Alitalia will operate a new nonstop flight from Milan Malpensa to Miami.
This new service will target both business and leisure travellers.

Miami represents an important destination for the Milan market due to the strong commercial and tourist relations between the two cities.
They both represent excellence and are trend-setters in fashion, design, architecture and arts.

The new route increases Alitalia’s long haul offer of flights and strengthens its leadership towards North America being the only airline that connects Italy to Florida. In addition, thanks to its partners, Alitalia offers easy connections to Mexico, the Caribbean Islands and Latin America via Miami.

The flight will operate on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays leaving from Malpensa at 11.50am and arriving in Miami at 4.50pm, local time.
The return flight will be available on the same days departing from Miami at 6.30pm and arriving in Milan the next day at 10.20am.

From August the flight will operate with the new Airbus A330-200. This new aircraft will represent the top-of-the-line of Alitalia’s fleet, completely
re-designed cabins and a new configuration with three classes of service:

  • The new Business Class “Magnifica”, with latest-generation seats that convert to fully-flat beds and a high quality on-board service that showcases the best of Italian style and attention to detail.
  • The new Premium Economy Class “Classica Plus”, an enhanced economy class service with many advantages for those passengers who don’t want to miss out on the privileges of exclusive class of service.
  • An refreshed Economy Class “Classica”, designed to offer comfort and attention to detail throughout the travel experience.
